Remember:
  • To report crime related claims (eg theft) to the SAP immediately
  • To report motor vehicle accidents involving another person or their property to the SAP, within 24 hours of the accident
  • Never admit liability
  • To notify us of any possible claims or any incident that may result in a claim as soon possible
  • That you must supply us with the details of the claim and other documentation or details that may require within 30 days of the incident
  • To inform us in writing immediately, if you become aware of any legal proceedings, possible prosecution or claim against you
